Kara V. Richetti is the Co-Founder of The Cinque Group.  Having a lifelong passion for real estate, and after a fulfilling career as an Intelligence and Counter-Terrorism Analyst for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, Kara traded in her security clearance for a lockbox key and launched The Cinque Group.  Kara was born near some of the most beautiful turquoise water and white sand beaches in Florida and grew up living and loving the Sunshine State right through graduating from Florida State University in 2000. After meeting her husband, Ryan, and spending almost every vacation day visiting friends and family in beautiful Virginia, she knew that it would only be a matter of time until the two of them expanded to Northern Virginia.  Kara has both personally and professionally bought and sold countless properties and has become an expert in residential, investment and vacation properties from the Florida Panhandle to the Virginia Potomac. Her keen understanding of real estate markets and her remarkable ability to advertise properties provides to her clients with consistent and profitable results. Whenever Kara is not busy finding her clients' dream homes or negotiating the best possible deals, she is likely working out, playing tennis, hiking or pretty much anything outdoors with her husband Ryan, their sons Roman, and twins Rocco and Renzo.
